Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. And we give you a full refund for the product you purchased if the following problems occurred:

1. When our product(s) doesn't work on your computer properly.
2. When you were charged twice for the same transaction.
3. When you accidentally purchased a product you weren't intended to buy.

If you would like to request a refund, you must submit a Refund Request Form to ThemeArt within 7 days from date of purchase.
