1. ThemeArt. LICENSE AGREEMENT: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA")
is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single
legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA as 'You') and ThemeArt
covering your use of ThemeArt Themes, Templates and Components. Be sure
to read the following agreement before using the software. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY
ALL COPIES OF IT. By installing, copying, or otherwise using ThemeArt Themes,
Templates and Components ("the Product(s)") on any computer or device, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to
use the Software.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE: ThemeArt grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable
and non-sublicensable license to use the Product(s) on your personal or
business computer only under the following conditions.
1) This agreement grants you the right to use the Product(s) of ThemeArt
for the purpose of commercial and/or non-commercial use.
2) You are granted a single-use license for the Product(s). None of the
Product(s) may be used on more than one website (URL) or presentation. Use
of this product on more than one website or presentation, including network
computers, is prohibited without obtaining prior MULTIPLE LICENSE from ThemeArt.
3) Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Product(s)
remain in ThemeArt. Distribution of the Product(s) is not allowed without
permission of ThemeArt. Republication, distribution, resale, monopolization,
permitting to use, renting, loaning and transferring the Product(s) with
compensation is strictly prohibited. Also, you may not distribute CONTENTS
as a independent product or a portion of other product.
4) You may temporarily make a copy of the Product(s) on your personal
computer in electronic form solely for the purpose of your personal project.
5) The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with
the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies
of the Product(s) and Documentation. |
